In development · early accessZero trust network access

Access to each app without a VPN or open ports.

The orta agent becomes the connector. People reach one app at a time, only after identity, device and policy agree, and every session is recorded. The same device checks that feed compliance decide who gets in.

Who, on what, to where, right now.

  1. 01

    Identity

Sign in with your identity provider and MFA. Groups decide which apps a person may even see.

  2. 02

    Device

The agent on the laptop reports encryption, OS version and screen lock. Fail one and the door stays shut.

  3. 03

    Policy

Engineers reach Grafana from a managed laptop in working hours. Contractors reach one repo, nothing else.

  4. 04

    Session

A brokered, encrypted tunnel to that app alone, logged from the first packet to the last.

A network you land on, or doors you are let through.

A VPN puts people on the network and trusts them there. orta opens one tunnel to one app, and checks again as long as it is open.

Retire the VPN

No flat network to land on. Every app is its own door, and most stay invisible.

Posture from the agent you already run

Device checks come from the orta agent already on the laptop. There is no second client to install.

Continuous, not once

Posture is rechecked during the session. Turn off disk encryption and the tunnel closes.

SSH, RDP, web and databases

Browser access for web apps, native clients for SSH, RDP and Postgres.

Sessions on record

Who connected, from which device, to what, for how long, as audit evidence.

Contractors without accounts everywhere

Time-boxed access to one app, gone when the contract is.

Built for what you run.
